Are you fishing for compliments? I'll bet you know darn well that 5'6 and 134 lbs isn't fat. If you FEEL fat, that's another thing but ask yourself realistically if you're just being hard on yourself or do you really truly believe you have a weight problem.

Well, it's hard to judge someone's weight when you don't see them. I suppose it depends on where you carry your weight at and what kind of shape you're in. I'm 5'6 and usually stay between 130-135 lbs., give or take a few. I'm pretty athletic with a small frame. Also, the more I work out, the more pounds I put on.... muscle weighs more than fat. Your weight and height is very healthy--if you live a healthy lifestyle, eat right and exercise, don't worry about what that scale says, the number can be very deceiving.

Do you feel fat or are their parts of your body that you wish were smaller or less flabby?

If you're young, then 134 at 5'6" might be 10 lb too much to wear baby tees and low rise jeans.

You're already at a good weight, it won't take you very long to drop 5-10 pounds.

you're no longer fat!! you're completely commonplace! i'm 13, 5'6" and 122 and my medical expert says which you will desire to be one hundred kilos for 5 feet and 5 kilos for each inch. in case you rather do decide to objective dropping weight, in basic terms attempt ingesting extra end result and vegetables, much less fried ingredients and circulate on your community gymnasium a minimum of three times a week

Well that is about what I weigh and I'm 3 inches shorter than you and I don't think I am fat or chunky. Besides you've just got to love yourself no matter how you look.

You are a normal weight. Watch your appetite. When you give up cheer leading, running track, etc., you had better compensate by eating less, or you won't have to ask anyone if you are fat.

It all depends on if you are male or female, how old you are, and your bone structure. Stop concerning yourself with what people think. If you are secure within yourself, eat healthy and get exercise, then you are just the way you should be.

Your body mass index is at an acceptable 21.6. You want to be between 18.5 to 24.9. So your weight to height ratio is good. No need to worry at this time.
