it doesnt matter if u excersise. its wat u eat. eat right and maybe add some excercise. no sugar!!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Instead of eating large meals eat small portions often. Cut your regular portions in half and eat every 2 to 3 hours instead of overindulging in large meals and definitely stay away from seconds on the servings. Drink lots of ice water the colder the better because your body generates energy to warm you up when you drink cold drinks. Get exercise by walking, working out or just constantly moving around. Eat what you want when you want just in very small portions and eat healthy foods more than junk. Take vitamins on a daily basis.
Stay off soft drinks.

-----Stop eating and start exercising. The more you exercise, the more weight you will lose. When I stop eating, and without any additional exercise, I lose about a pound a day. Drink a lot of water while not eating. -----Jim

I don't think you can FAST but you can do it a safe way.... do have any dogs?? horse's?? walk your dogs... ride your horse's...make exercising fun!!! and all you have to do is cut down what you eat, I mean the junk food... if you eat alot, eat half as much as you do now. It works I have done it before.

loads and loads of cardio workouts. such as skipping, boxing, walking etc.... gotta get your heart rate up and work up a sweat. i suggest you don't take any weight loss pills they can cause serious side effects, short term and long term.

Stop Eating.

Then you will die and your skin will rot away leaving only a skeleton.

Skeletons are skinny.
