You can use two wet teabags (actually cold or warm works) or even better - two slices of cucumber. Lie down and rest either of these on top of your eyes for up to 20-30 minutes but it works in just a short time.

Some eye lotions are sold as "cooling gels" which can also help. I know that Juvena makes one.

You can also use a cold wet washcloth or wash your face with cold water.

:o)

As I have recommended in over areas concerning eyes, I highly suggest the Talika Eye Decompress. A tidy package of them can be reasonably purchased at the following link:

Otherwise, they are available at Bath & Body Works. They really do relax the eyes and ease all the muscles around there, making you feel fresh and fully awake. Good luck!

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. If you're talking about puffiness try some cold cucumbers or warm (not hot) teabags on your eyes.

I put ice cubes in a bowl and take my face cloth and put it in the bowl and then on my face and eyes. Very refreshing and takes away the puffyness too.
