Tujunga, I would not live anywhere else. It's only 20 minutes away from downtown L.A., yet it is away from all the annoying city crowd. Housing prices are also very fair in comparison to surrounding cities! No Smog (Best air quality around!)

Even bad neighborhoods in Los Angeles are overpriced.
I am an engineer. I make a great salary. I can't afford a 1 bedroom condo in the hood.

California is one of the largest states. What kind of work do you do? If you already have a job, you'll want to live near enough.
