Today I wore to work beige Velour sweatsuit, and I sat somewhere and got a little light stain on my bum, very light the only way to notice it was if someone where to stare at my bum. Well one of my co-workers (a man in his late 40s, I'm 26) told me I had a stain. Now maybe I'm making too much of this, but I was kinda offended. I felt like first of all "Why is he looking at my butt?" Remember, I said that the ONLY way to notice if someone where to gazed at my butt.

No. It would be sexual harrassment if he had made comments about your butt. Keep in mind that just because he looked at your butt it doesn't mean that he finds your *** particularly attractive. If you are standing 10 feet away from someone and they are facing away from you, you can almost always see their butt. You really need to get over yourself.

Grow up girl and remember that men will stare at what they find pleasing to the eye. Your butt is no different. Your making something out of nothing. As long as they look and don't touch then why complain. And if they begin talking in a sexual manor then that would be sexual harassment. I think you really enjoyed the fact that a older man was staring at your butt. so get over it.

She in basic terms does it to get to you reason she is familiar with it does. in basic terms giggle at it the subsequent time. permit her think of you should care much less what she thinks. She'lll see she isn't attending to you anymore and he or she'lll quit. in the journey that your needing justice then you definitely want a lawyer then sue her and the corporate for no longer doing something approximately her. Or a minimum of circulate tell your Human source dept that she is discriminating you and if some thing isn't executed then you definitely plan to get a lawyer and notice what they could do approximately it.

I don't think it's sexual harrasment. He didn't get the bleach out and start scrubbing your stain, right? Nor did he point and grab when he said that, right?
Just thank him for his awareness. Imagine, if you didn't know the stain was there, his comment just helped you and perhaps even saved your from future embarassment.

sounds like you were upset that you had something on your behind, so you found someone else to blame to make up for your being embarassed about staining your pants. you should have thanked him for pointing out the stain. so what if he was staring? would you have rather walked around all day long with people laughing at you?

I think you are making a big thing out of nothing. Looking at something in plain view can never be justified as sexual harrassment.

First of all he is human. he will look. If He told every one but you , you should be upset. If you had a booger hanging would you want him to tell you? Give him the benefit of the doubt this time, but , don,t forget it . If it or something similar happens again, talk to your boss about it.

Depends on the person telling you. Where I work I could tell someone that and they wouldn't think nothing of it, a differnt co-worker could and they might think something of it.

chill out, he was being considerate telling you, and so what if he was looking at your bum, ppl are allowed to look. If he was looking that hard than be flattered, your bum must be eye candy.
