lightly(fresh is strong) sprinkled on baked leg of lamb and sprinkled on top of fresh baked bread or biscuits.

Fresh rosemary is great under the skin of chicken with butter,It's also great to pour hot water on it in a glass and let it steep for a couple of hours.Put the liquid in the frig, until it's really cold.strain it and use it as an astrigent for your skin.You'll look like a new person.xoxoxo,D.

Rosemary is an Herb, it's used as a spice to enhance the taste of certain food dishes. Such as roasts, stews etc.

In Australia, we use it mostly to flavor lamb dishes. It is great with potatoes also! It's used in many Greek & Italian recipes.
Rosemary is the herb of remembrance, you will often find people at funerals wearing sprigs of rosemary.

I grow it in my garden - love to strip a few stalks and add it to pot pourri around the house, and a few drops of rosemary essential oil added to some rose oil in a burner makes the whole house smell wonderful

i have heard, never tried, that if you are cooking on a barbeque, that if you sprinkle some rosemary on whatever you are cooking that it will keep bug away for the area in which you are cooking. I read it in a home remedie book.

It is a very savory herb used a lot in cooking along with all the other popular herbs. It is especially good with roasts.

rosemary can also be used for :
when roasting chicken
making a good tomatoe sauce for spagetti and pasta dishes
sprinkle on pizza
grilled fish
thats what i use it for goodluck and enjoy

In my Kitchen mostly Beef entrees and sauces that go with Beef, though it goes well with Chicken also, it's a very rich aromatic and can over power the flavor of your dish.
