I'm looking for a raspberry filling, in particular. If not raspberry, any other type that you could give me?

Mocha Cream

"A tasty coffee flavored whipped cream perfect for fillings and/or frostings."
Original recipe yield: 16 servings

INGREDIENTS
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon boiling water

DIRECTIONS
Beat whipping cream and sugar together in mixing bowl until stiff. Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water. Cool. Add to whipped cream and beat in. Makes enough to frost and fill one 8 or 9 inch 2 layer cake. Keep Mocha Cream refrigerated.


Lemon Filling

"Lemony whipped cream filling. A wonderful filling for white, yellow, or citrus cakes."
Original recipe yield: 2 cups.

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons grated orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 egg
1 cup whipped cream

DIRECTIONS:
In a saucepan over medium heat mix the white sugar, flour, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and the egg. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool completely before folding in the whipped cream. Makes enough to fill one 2 layer 9 inch round layer cake.

RASPBERRY PIE FILLING

4 c. raspberries
1 1/4 c. sugar, granulated
3 tbsp. tapioca

Use 9 inch pan and double pie crust.
Mix well in bowl, raspberries, sugar, and tapioca. Put into pie pan, put top on, and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

I would recommend cherries and cream.If you are doing a vanilla cake go with the peaches or POSSIBLY EVEN JAM!!!*i did it before,YUMMY*.Hmm...you can add in some chocolate and frosting..*just a little*.
