If I was your girl I would like to be taken out to dinner and with a little surprise afterward. Like a necklace if the relationship you are you are REALLY feelin. Or you could always go get her a card form hallmark with a balloon and teddy bear. Just to show that you was thinking about her and know it's her b-day. Good Luck!

Knowing that you remembered would be enough, because most men don't remember anything like that. If you have a material girl, then get jewelry. If she's not a high maintenance girl, then get her a teddy bear and take her to a movie and dinner. She love it and think it's the biggest thing in the world. Or ask her what she wants and give her whatever it is. If you have been with her for a long time and you love her, then ask her to marry you. Ask her friends to find out what she wants and surprise her.
