how do I download pictures to a cd?

I've downloaded pictures to a cd. I put it on my xbox and it worked but when I put this cd in my sister's labtop, it didn't work.

I have a Samsung and a Dell burner.

Both require that you use CD/RWs and that they be formatted with their software before the CD/RW can be used like a floppy.

It will work in your PC, but cannot be taken to another unless the other PC has the burner's reader program. These are small programs which can be taken to and installed on another PC.

You're going to have to study your burner's manual.
