If a man looks at a woman every, I mean every, time he leaves to go out the door and gives a sly grin or smile at her workplace, does this mean he's interested.? (Yes, she looks too) He makes silly, stupid jokes and funny faces but never says anything. Although one day out of the workplace in the parking lot he said 'You're looking good today." What did all of this mean?

If you're two single adults, enjoy the flirtations and take one step at a time, and one day at a time. Don't become overly eager but enjoy the moment and see what happens after that.
On the other hand, I think workplace romances are a huge mistake.
