yes it might mean that he likes you but don't totally jump head first into anything yet cuz he sure isn't
he probably wants to get to know you a lot better before he decides if he likes you or not
in my case they usually try and find me on myspace then ask me for my messenger if they really like me so yeah he might but don't get too excited yet just talk to him for a while = ]

I don't know wait until he messenges and then play hard to get to find out. Don't ask him if he likes you that will make u a target if he has bad intentions just act cool and c what he says.

Chances are, he likes you as a friend. It sounds like he is too young to know what to do with a girl friend, much less how to approach one.
He's a kid. Till you start calling them guys, you are too. Don't worry about rushing into anything.
