Can anyone tell me the impedance of this product? If so is it anywhere near 1 Mega OHM?

This is a choke, or inductor. Impedence will vary with frequency. Since it's designed for blocking RF signals, it's impedence in the audio range should be just about zero. For RF (Radio Frequency) signals, it should be much higher as those are the frequencies it was designed to block.

It's not that simple.

You are looking at a coil of 100 micro henry inductance. The impedance of a coil changes depending on the frequency of the circuit where it is placed in it.

You can figure it out by the following formula

XL = 2 * Pi * frequency * L

where XL is the impedance
Pi is 3.14...
frequency of the circuit in Hz
L is in inductance

By using this formula, I can say that when you place this coil in a circuit of frequency 15.7GHz (15700000000Hz), it will exhibit 1MOhm of impedance.

At lower frequency, it will have lower impedance. At higher frequency, it will have higher impedance. At DC level, it has ZERO impedance.

(for technically savvy, I purposely omitted the real R part for sake of simplicity.... as I didn't want to go into real vs. imaginary...)
