Im 5' 7' one twenty five pounds, and i dont know how much I should be able to bench. Any suggestions?

i'm 5'8, when i started working out i weighed 128. I started with 60, it was tough for me then and after three months i'm at 120. I sugest somewhere in that range. I guess it would depend on how fit you are. Right now i weigh 135 but my goal is to reach 165. Good luck!

how much you can lift on your arms doesn't depend on your weight. it comes down to the strength of your muscles. if this were your legs we were talking about then you should be able to lift your body weight. don't go pushing yourself you will only cause injury. lift light weights to strengthen your muscles first.
