eat carbohydrates such as 3 egg sandwiches a day with 2 cookies a glass of milk and lots of excersize cuase mucsle is heavier then fat and also have a sandwich or two before you go to sleep with some milk and cookies.And i garentee u will be heavier then 200 pounds in 1 month or 2 and also be healthy cuase most people say eat junk foods and stuff but with this set up you get alot of goods and u should also eat lot's of meats for mucsle so u be strong and gain weight.

oh hell yeah dude i completely hear you on this one, im going through the same ****. I just turned 15. I'm 5'4, and weigh about 100 pounds ( i havent checked my weight in a long time because my parents threw the scale away because they are getting slightly overweight). Recently Ive been in physcial training and I absolutely love the results. I am pushing a mile under 6, and my upper body is cut as a rock, but I want to step it up. Those other people who say eating chips and junk food dont know what they are talking about, because as a kid, thats all i used to eat, and Ive been eating a balanced HEALTHY diet, and am gaining more weight than i used to, but still not as much as I want to be.

You want to gain weight, you should drink boiled or fresh water as much and frequent as you can so that you body will be fresh and easy to absorb nutrients from foods; and you should also use lots of soybeans because it provides lots of protein for you body and strenght.

WOW this is a new one most people want to lose weight..i would say to gain weight eat anything you want, pizza, burgers,chicken(fried)fries,cookies,cakes you name the sky is the limit and you dont have a limit my friend ..i envy you so muchhh

I have heard that a malted milkshake with a raw egg helps. Actually, I think it is the malt that helps. Good luck

when you want to gain weight ,it dosent matter what you eat it only matters how much you eat.so i would suggest you to eat anything you like but in large quantities.........
