If it's from taking medication like for blood pressure, check with your Dr. If it's leg, toe cramps, do stretches and eat bananas for the potassium which relieves cramps. Hope that helps.

Bananas and Gatorade. I had the same problem and my family Dr. told me to drink Gatorade and I HATE that drink..but it worked. Also take potassium vitamins.

Ive hade back surgery 2 years ago.ive took alot of meds for that, the best 1 i have had luck with is elavil..Ask your doc and good luck...
