Why not just hire a stripper...I heard they were a big hit at showers

Why not do a scavenger hunt that takes her to all the places that are memorable to her family and her fiance? No one said a bridal shower has to stay at home. Have fun, get people moving, and take her down memory lane. You can always have food and presents at home afterwards :)

At some point have the bride leave the room. Hand out paper to all the guests. Ask them to write down (from memory) what colour her dress is, what colour are her eyes, what is she wearing for jewelery, etc. Make sure you do not tell anyone in advance what you are about to do. It is like a memory game.
At my shower, they made me open my gifts wearing oven mitts. That was quite challenging.

At my cousin's shower we played a game where questions were asked about the bride and groom and whomever got the most right won the prize. He played a game guess how the bride knows her bridesmaids/ female attendants (hostesses) you had to write down their name and position in the wedding. A great way to break the ice and allow everyone to get to know each other.

Hey,
Bridal showers can be so fun to plan. There are many sites on the internet for ideas. Here are some I have done in planning bridal showers.

Play baby present bingo. Make little bingo sheets just empty. Let your guess write in baby products they think you may recieve as a gift. As you open your presents people mark of the items they put it until they get a bingo

baby pins- when everyone gets there give everyone a diaper pin to wear on there sleeve. No one except you is allowed to say "baby". If someone says it the person who caught them gets there pin. After an hour whoever has the most pins wins.

Baby food contest- get jars of baby food and take off the labels. Everyone tries each jar and writes down what flavor they think it is. Who ever gets the most wins. Get weird flavors to make it more fun.

For Coed showers- Couples game- have the men spoon feed the women a jar of baby food. This turns out really funny because the men are...well...men and they don't even give the women time before trying to force some more

Men at parties sometimes do bottle chug. Fill baby bottles with soda of their choice and have them try to chug a bottle. This is way harder than it sounds and hilarious

also for a gift idea, take diapers and put tissue wrapping inside them and fill them with candy and prizes. It is a really cute way to make baby shower presents. Also if you are giving gifts and have men at your party try opting for something fun like Baby Ruth flip flops for men prizes.

No matter what games you chose pick a theme for your party. That came be the best part and give you great ideas. I have seen baby superhero theme, ducks theme, Baby girl princess, and lots more.
Good luck

The simple clothes pin game can be fun. Each person gets a clothespin to put on their clothing. If they cross their legs someone else can take their clothespin. Eventually a few women will have all of the clothespins.

Who Knows the Couple is another good one. Have a list of questions.

one of my bridesmaids did this for me and i loved it...we all sat around the tv and she said she had a surprise for me. it turns out she had gotten together with my fiance earlier in the week and asked him questions about himself, me, and then us. with each question, she would stop the tape and then i would have to guess what he would say. if i got it wrong, i had to eat a marshmallow. my fiance is sort of shy and it meant so much to me to hear him say something nice about me or recall a memory that i find special as well. the questions ranged from "where did she grow up?" to "what was your first date" and even "what is your favorite physical feature?" it also gave my guests insight into our relationship and they were impressed that i didn't get that many wrong. afterward, she gave me the tape and it's something i can look at years from now, and remember how excited i was to marry him.

hope that helps!

get a list of groceries and have them guess the price, like 5 lbs of flour, canned goods, rice, mac and cheese, tuna, etc.....stuff you can sit out, dont use frozen or fridge stuff. Use like 25-30 items.
