i'm 12, he's 14 his name is jared..i think he's the type that u don't c as cute, but to me he's really cute, he seems to be looking at me when i'm looking somewhere else, but i'm not sure. he seems so shy when i'm around like i am and he's been "avoiding" me lately, but i'm scared that our friends would think it's ridiculous if i told him i like him (i'm not planning 2), some guy screamed out that i like him, and i'm also scared that he heard, some people would agree i'm too young 2 go out, and i think so 2, now i've stop looking at him in the hallways and buildings, but it's kind of making me like him more, all the advice my bffs gave me won't work and i need help.

Am i suppose to like him? Can i or not?

How do I get rid of him off my mind?

Am i too young?

How do i tell him i like him (if the time is right)?


Am i obssessed with him bcoz i ca't get my mind off him?

when i'm doing all that concentrating on school and doing my best, he keeps on popping up, and i get out of topic about what i'm studying, mostly in science, which is the subject i don't like, i'm really busy sometimes, but on days like these, i barely have anything to do...help please

+ most of my friends have bfs/gfs and they're "touching" each other, and i don't like it and i WON'T ever be ready till i'm like 17 or something :) i'm safe

aw you are adorable! well first of all, 14 year old boys can be mean so be careful. even if he doens't mean to, they try to impress their friends sometimes by either being mean to you or by making up lies. but then again he could be an awesome guy too. but since you two are so young i would say the best thing for you to do is just work on being his friend. you're too young for anything serious and in the future if something was to happen then he'll remember you as being a great friend. don't tell him u like him, it might scare him off. but you can "hint" it to him just by your actions. don't be afraid to flirt a little but keep it friends and it'll probably work out for ya in the future.

When I was 12 the same situation happened to me MANY times. I havent seen your situation so I cant tell you if he likes you or not. Q #1, every girl who has ever been 12 has liked an older boy. Your not unusual at all. Q #2 Good luck getting him off your mind...it never worked for me. Lust is lust, and theres not many ways to make it go away. Q #3 Many people might say your "too young" but the truth is that it happens to everyone. Q #4 is a little bit tough. You have to know he likes you to tell him you like him... otherwise the situation may turn out the worst, give it some time first. Q #5 Your just being normal like every other young girl. Q #6 He very well might like you, try to be friends with him. Find a way to talk to him and hang out with him as a friend. Things will lead where they're meant to go!

Sweety you are "at that age" where you are starting to notice boys and they are starting to notice you. Yes you are too young. You have no idea the trouble you can get into with boys. Just enjoy the crush. Talk to him. It's ok to LIKE a boy. Be friends and enjoy the feeling. I wouldn't rush into anything like kissing etc. even if he likes you. You just are too young to get involved with "first base" kind of sex (kissing and smooching). Besides if you do, other girls will start calling you names and you don't want that reputation.

Sometimes just the feeling of "being in love" is enough. Being 12, 13, and even 14, is about "daydreaming" and as you get older you will discover there is a lot of heartbreak and misery that goes along with love...not just these good feelings you feel now...so just enjoy them...laugh about it with your girlfriends, and enjoy being 12. Boys at 14 are nowhere ready to be involved with girls...there is only one thing that would lead to and you don't want to go there! im 12 too and i like a 13 year old so just try to get to know him...i guess...i get really nervous around the guy i like and i cant stop staring at him either so ur not alone.mayb like put a note in his locker giving him ur phone # and mayb forewarn him that ur younger but dont say how much younger cuz then he mite not wanna go out with u even if he REALLY DOES cuz it mite not be cool or he mite get embarassed in front of his friends.

hey when you reach this age it's ok to date just don't take charge of it. Ask him if he likes you and then if yes ask him out. Take a chance or you might as well forget it.
