Its a slow day at work and my boss and I are having a disagreement. I say its a pie because it has a crust and a filling. what do you think?

I say it is a pie b/c a cake doesnt come with crust pie does

i'd say it's more of a pie. it has no actually cake in it. it's texture could be like a cake but some cheesecakes have a crust and filling.

I think it is its own category. Have you seen all the flavors they have at the cheesecake factory? There are more flavors of cheesecake than pie and cake put together! I say its its own thing.

I think it constitutes as a pie.There's crust on the bottom,and it's not flourbased or "cakey"at all.

Well,it's pretty much a cake and pie.It's sort of like a pie.It also has cheeseCAKE,and it's...well...I really don't know.I guess it is sort of both.
