Here's a suggestion, why not go back to college and take some professional writing courses leading toward a certificate or associates degree. This in turn will give you an opportunity toward recieving financial aid and you could use the money from the refund or be eligible for a loan once again. This would be a win/ win situation for you help with writing and money for the bar exam!
I don't highly recommend this, but a friend of mine let me borrow their refund and loan money until mine came through. Look for jobs that help with tuition reimburstment or get a job and save up. Did you ask about payment plans, needs based, or exceptions to the fees?

First I agree with the other answers, the grammar and spelling demonstrated in your question is atrocious. Once you can get that issue dealt with, if you are that broke after somehow paying for law school, I'm sure there are numerous federal or state grants to help low income individuals with such exams.

Bad credit, bad spelling and no shift key on the keyboard. Would you like fries with that? There's a solution to 2 of your problems.

You must be kidding, you can't even use proper capitalization of letters when writing a sentence. How do you expect to pass the bar exam?
