Baked Turkey Breast
Recipe from Peg Plank -- originally from her friend Sally Moran This is a nice easy way to make lunchmeat. The recipe sounds like it comes from the makers of Pam, but you can do very well without...
Ingredients
3T lemon pepper
3T garlic salt
1T onion powder
1 teas thyme
Whole turkey breast (thawed if it was frozen)
Oil or Pam
Directions
Skin breast and coat with oil (recipe suggests butter flavored Pam but I don't use that). Coat a paper bag with oil (or spray with Pam). Coat breast with spices, and bake at 300F for 22 minutes per pound or approximately 2 hours. Let cool and slice. Wonderful cold.

You cook a turkey @ 350 for 15 - 20 minutes in line with pound, then upload 15 - half-hour to the full cooking time so as which would be approximately 2 a million/2 hours.......Meat ought to sign in in thigh & breast @ approximately a hundred sixty five stages.....

The roasting bags are great for keeping in the steam so the meat does not dry out, and it works great for keeping the pans cleaner.

they are actually really good, especially for people who don't cook much. it keeps the bird from drying out, which is very easy to do if you don't know what to do. clean up is the best part of course.

Ok... the juices are sealed in... Once cooked, the meat is tender and juicy and very flavourful.
