He is not saving you if you do not admit you are a lost sinner based on Adam and your own bad behavior. If you humble yourself and ask him for mercy he will forgive you because Jesus took the penalty of our sin on him and as a gift he will give you his holiness. The sin has to be dealt with either through Jesus to eternal life or by yourself eternally separated from God. It is your choice but you already know that. Right? Be careful. You don't want to mess with the living God. Don't be foolish.

right now He's saving you from Hell, but if you don't live your life to obey Him and His Gospel, then that salvation will be short lived and you will end up in Hell forever. (He's keeping you out of Hell right now by keeping you alive)
That's what He came to do, save men from their sins (from the punishment they have coming for sinning against God.)
