It is misspelled, but at any event the meaning is " My tall, gracious/beautiful girl".
To avoid confusion I will allow myself to tell you only one simple rule in Italian language,namely ALL the nouns,respectively adjectives,which are from feminine gender ends usually in "A" ( with some exceptions),respectively masculine ends in "O", so let convert your words into feminine. They will look like this: Mia altissima preziosa ragazza.
Voila! You have written "ragazza" ("girl") right. If it was "ragazzo"( boy,guy) mio altissimo prezioso would be the right grammatical choice.
"mio/mia"=my(masc./fem.)
"alta"=tall, "altissima"=very tall,the tallest
"preziosa"=precious,beautiful

This is spelled wrong and i don't understand what you are trying to say here.First the most simple rule you have in Italian,is this: genders. A for girl ,O for boy .Example ragazza=girl ,ragazzo=boy.Therefore as you can notice the first words are referring to a male ending up referring to a woman,which has no sense.Prezioso means precious but its refered to a male by ending with "o" So imagine this sounding something like my sweet precious boy girl .Does it have any sense for you :P

*Sure, the o's instead of a's makes it wrong, but that is STILL the literal word per word translation.

I don't know... The girl is my highest valuable...? *shrugs* That's what I roughly got from http://translation2.paralink.com/. I typed that in, went to "Italian to Russian," then to "Russian to English," and that's what I got.

I would roughly guess: my most precious [tall] girl. It would make more sense if it were altissima.... but the sentence doens't make grammatical sense.

in italian? nothing!!! the grammar is all screwed up and it doesn't make sense...but it should be something like my very tall, beautiful girl (?!?!?!)
