lets's say that u r in a resort in mexico , what would you like to have 4 a breakfast....?

would you like a continental breakfast, mexican buffet, or just different types of eggs, with beans ,bacon , pan cakes , chilaquiles with fresh water , or let's say you stay in the resort three days would you like different themes for breakfast let's say mexican day , italian day , french day , american day etc , please help me out am trying to open one down here in mexico at a resort

I have to agree that huevos rancheros sounds delicious, but I think in your situation you need to be pleasing everyone, not just me and the other guy who anwsered that!!
I think the buffet idea is great, and you can rotate to include different dishes on different days, like your theme idea with different countries, but also make sure you always have the basics (bacon, eggs, homefries, pancakes, etc) and also, since you're in Mexico, always have some authentic Mexican dishes too. Frankly I'd be disappointed to visit a country and not be offered any of their traditional cuisine, even staying in a resort.

Try a mix of local culture breakfast and the traditional breakfasts that your clients would normally have. People like to try new things, but always like the "usual" as a stand by.
