i had a full mouth of food when i sneezed i blew my food on the back of this bald guys head should i have said something?

I'm sure if that really happened the bald headed man would of felt it. Or if the sneeze was all that he would of turned around and noticed and said something like bless you. But if I would of sneezed and my food would of ended up the bald mans head I would of called for the waitress and had her handle it for me.

No, don't just say something like "sorry, i just sneezed food on your head"..if he didn't notice, I would try to turn your chair the other way a bit or something, or just get out of there quick! He'll find out sooner or later..
But of course, if he did notice, then apologize sincerely, and hopefully he'll see the hilarity of the matter!

Yes, you should have said you were sorry and offered to make it up to him, but I don't blame you if you didn't because even I would have been to embarrassed to say something.
