A frozen raw turkey 4-6 months. But a cooked cut up turkey in a bag 2 months.

Did that one year also .
Ended up with three turkeys and put one out in the freezer and never got around to it till next year and it was fine in october

ok, so do you paintings in a climate that that's chilly outdoors? by using fact makes a huge difference. In a refridgerator, it takes 24 hours for each 5 kilos of chicken, so a 20-pound chicken will require 4 finished days of defrosting time. It is safe to eat but it is more than likely freezer burnt. Frozen meat should be consumed within 3 months.
