I've been asking questions about freedom and people seem to think we're so lucky here in the USA. Ok, I agree, it is nice here. BUT, because some other country is not free or is run by a dictatorship, does that mean we need to go into it and murder the slaves? There is a flaw in the logic in SOME American's thought processes....

Sean, I live in the Huntington, WV area. Feel free to contact me, my email works. I'd love to have you kick my @$$. Really, come and get it.

And FYI, I FULLY support our troops. The sad fact/REALITY is however, that they are being used as THUGS in a war OF terror based on PURE LIES.

This is an interesting question. While some are sitting in their homes in the "civilized" world, many would consider people in other countries a slave. But one must realize that for these people, the life they live is completely normal. They may live in a grass hut and drink goats milk, travel a half hour to a well to get fresh water. They have no idea about television or the latest PS game. Who's to say that they are slaves and need some other country to come in in free them. Free them from what? Free them from being completely normal? Sometimes it's just better to leave well enough alone.

I really have trouble finding the words to describe what an idiot you are and how I would kick your a** if you were in the same room as me. The vast majority of our soldiers in Iraq and Afganistan are just doing their job, not murdering people. Next time you decide to use the word murder how 'bout you think about it for a second or two.

Um...to which country are you referring to?

Iraq was invaded because of WMDs. We were wrong, but that was the reason.

Afghanistan was invaded because they were aiding terrorists and refused to hand them over or help us after we lost nearly 3,000 people in a terrorist attack.

We're there trying to establish democratic governments so this sort of thing doesn't happen again.
