So just how many brain damaging drugs do you need to do for how long before religious fanaticism seems like a good idea?

For me I guess it was 6 years of meth.

I'd have to say that this was one of the funniest anti-Christian idea I've ever heard. Thanks for the laugh.

First of all, 12 step programs are nothing more than gov't mandated cults, which have a high failure rate (estimated to be between 90 and 95%). They discourage one from taking responsibility for their problems. Most of the individuals seem to trade their drug/alcohol addictions for an addiction to the meetings and what they've choosen for their higher power.

I won't deny that they have helped some people. It's just their tactics that I find suspect.

Born again Christians were saved from more than drugs.

Being born again isn't a religion; it is a relationship restored, spiritually connected with God. A God who delivers us from sins, drugs, breakdowns, etc... A God who has delivered us from darkness into His Marvelous Light.

Actually, it was God who found them(the drug users). However, I'm curios as to how many children need to be abused in order to become a church leader.
