Sounds almost lie a dachshund... maybe if u have a pic it may narrow down the list of dogs that it may be... or provide more details such as, standing or floppy ears?

It sounds like our dog. He's a German Shepard/Collie/Golden Retreiver/corgi mix. He looks like a German Shepard on Corgi legs.
