Thanks.

Wow. I had no idea how angry people would get by this simple question! Please, don't just make a snide comment if you're angry - explain why you're so angry. With some of the comments you would think that the commentors beleive I'm condemning their kids to hell! What's wrong?

I believe when someone dies they come back in the womb of another pregnant woman (reincarnation). Imagine the thought that someone you love that died is alive in a different body with no memory of their previous life. This is the kind of stuff I use to talk about when I smoked the green stuff. If there is a heaven and hell I think my kids would go to heaven. I think God cuts them some slack.

I believe that there is an age of accountability. In other words, an age where you know right from wrong. If a young child dies before that age, they are not responsible and will therefore go to Heaven. If they are of the age of knowledge and they die with sin, then they will go to Hell. That is unless they ask forgiveness. I hope this answers your question.

This depends on if you believe in original sin....which I do. I could see it in the jealousy my 23 month old had for her newborn bother. We are all sinful, we have all fallen short of the glory of God. My kids included. I am not sure that God has an "age" by which one must come to Him (as in accepting Christ), but I do assume that an innocent won't go to hell.....like a 2 year old that dies. They are too young to understand the plan for salvation. An older child, can surely accept Christ as their savior.

Well, I've vowed my children would never meet jerks that ask such questions... so I guess hell is out.

My reply would be predicated on how they have been acting on the day you ask. Today, heaven for sure.

Yes it is a very very ignorant question. Only God our Father in heaven can say where we go.

it depends on how old they are. if they are not old enough to be held accoutable for their actions, then heaven. if not, then the other one. dont worry about other peoples remarks, spirtitual questions are always the most important ones. accept jesus as lord and repent from your sins so you can be saved.

I'd like to think to heaven, but truth be told - probably to hell.
