I take my deer, basically container dressed, to a community meat processor and characteristic it arranged there. They do the skinning, ageing, reducing it up, and wrapping. generally I relatively have maximum of it made into sausage of two/3 venison and a million/3 beef, very tasty. I do have them shop the chops and a few sturdy steaks alongside with 4-5 outstanding roasts. I basically took a venison roast out of the freezer a pair days in the past and placed it in a crockpot with onions, potatoes and carrots alongside with a seasoning blend for beef, enable it cook dinner slow for 10 hours, it replaced into "decrease it with your fork mushy" and particularly sturdy.

Although it is tempting to make a rude, threatening reply to your insolent statement, I think it might be more fun to give you my address and videotape the torture my "ol' lady" would put you through for just the insinuation that anyone your mind-set would interest her. I imagine by the end, she'd have you field-dressed and hanging in the garage ready to butcher and package for our dogs winter supply of food.
