if you have custody of your child and she didn't ask your permission then you do have rights. She could be charged with kidnapping.

no, i don't believe you do unless she's an unfit mother maybe you can have childrens services look into her, other then that no she's able to do as she pleases with her child since the father is in no position to take care of the child there for protest this move there nothing you can to do about it.

if the mother is in a bad place call cps and tell them that you are his their grandfather and tell them that you would like for them to live with you or somewhere safe.
