Jimmy Swaggart paid a prostitute to just " watch " what she does. Is it a sin or bad consumerism? People still follow him.

Peter Popoff, was exposed for using microphones and said it was the Holy Spirit communicating the peoples ills ( Full names and addresses too.) to him. He's a douche bag! Preying on peoples hopes. This guy is still on on cable television!

Rev. Haggard can decide which is most important, God, family, methamphetamine, or playing pitcher and catcher?

My vote still goes with Peter Popoff. What's your opinion?

I could out sin any of those "church boys". I don't put on a front. What you see is what you get from me.

I say that each of us sees the biggest sinner in the world each day when we look in the mirror. None of us deserves the salvation that God offers us by grace through faith in Christ.

For what it's worth, check out my blog entry about Haggard that I posted yesterday.

You know, we all sin. Every ones of us. temptation comes at Christians all the time.
It should prove to the world what we have been saying- we are just like everyone- except we are saved. Now, having said that, Minsters and the like are held to a higher accounting- they are after all in positions that can cause others to stumble.
As far as the bigger sinner- who are you or I to judge. Do you know the truth of what happened? And if, as the media is reporting, it is true- does he not deserve to be forgiven? I have been for my many- many sins.
When things like this happen it is very sad, not only do you have someone in a position of power- and in a large Church setting- but the disappointment to his followers.
But having said that- remember none of us is perfect- they crucified Him. and none of us is without blame and guilt in one thing or another.

We are all our own greatest sinner but there is forgiveness.... to so hastily judge these men on what they have done even though they are considered the highest as the men of God to do his teachings they are still human. In my opinion they all have sinned just like anyone has sinned but we all have a chance to redeem ourselves by repenting our sins through Jesus Christ.

What makes one sinner a better sinner than another? I guess you've never sinned, so I guess I can understand why you would ask that question.
