Recent vomit has been clear due to nursing. No fever. Any cause for worry?

it sounds like a food-borne illness (food poisoning). the important thing is to continue to push fluids, especially electrolyte solutions like pedialyte.

if you see any signs of dehydration (no tears, drool, dry diapers), call your doctor.

good luck!

If you can you need to take this child to hospital trowing up one time is probably nothing but the fact that the child cont. to throw up is dangerous for a 7 month old. infants can become dehydrated very quickly which can lead to all other kinds of problems

Get the child to a doctor. Bile is greenish, but this is not the place to diagnose this problem. If baby is vomiting for several hours, what are you waiting for???

ALWAYS with small infants see a doctor. They become very quickly dehydrated and need prompt treatment.
