More than likely, someone or something is bothering you that you have been unable to resolve. If you can figure out what that is, you've solved half your problem. Try to find constructive ways to express your anger --- work out, play a sport, write letters to people your angry at (you don't have to necessarily send them or share them). Try to talk to a good friend who will understand if you are moody right now.

Well how long has it been going on? Does it happen often? Do you have periods of extreme highs, almost abnormally happy? Then do you normal out for a while, then hit rock bottom? Has there been anything in your life to cause an emotional unbalance? If this is just a mood outta nowhere then maybe its normal, that kinda **** happenes ya know! But if your finding yourself constantly battling over why your pissed off for no reason, then its deeper. Emotional drama, Bipolar... if your having the energy to blow up, then maybe its not depression. But like i said, if this is the first time, then just control your breathing and close your eyes, and relax... watch a movie, take some time off to be alone. But if its been on going, trying surfing the net on mental conditions like bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, you name it. Once you start to read the symptoms.... you might just relate strongly... but whatever you do, don't let it consume you, and don't let it go unchecked!

sounds like you are a touch depressed hun...but at least you have realised that you are snapping etc and you know that you want out.
You need to do something that you really enjoy but you also need to MAKE yourself get out there and do something. I get like this sometimes and it is sooooo tempting to stay in bed all day and just slump but believe me when i say it will make you feel worse.
Exercise or laughing (go see a good comedy film with a friend or something) will help release endorphins (feel good things!) into the blood and make you feel happier again.
If it continues, go see the doc. Hope you feel better soon. :)

Run until you fall down and can't go any farther. Make sure you bring money for a taxi though. Running always getts me out of bad moods. Furthest I ran because of a bad mood was like 20 miles. yeah i took breaks and I got lost lol

You could write lyrics i do that when i am pissed and all that ****. Listen to music. things like that but my favorite is the first

Watch a very funny movie. you will not have a choice but to be in a better mood. Or you can always watch soap operas until you get so bored your over it. I'm in a bad mood too. I just got a D in biology.

try to relax a little, and spend time everyday doing something comforting. try doing yoga (buy a DVD) . and when you get mad, just take a breather and if you need to, buy a stress ball. and i know it sounds pointless but you should take a 10 or 15 minute jog in the mornings. Try it, it really will get you in a great mood for the day!
