I say NO! I have a friend that lost 70 pounds last year. She turned 21 a couple of months ago and gained 50 pounds. Alcohol has a lot of maltose in it. Also your mixed drinks has a lot of calories in it.

Yes you can drink white wine only ,as mixed drinks are high in calories and depending what your putting in the drink can make a big difference. Just one Pina Colada has over 600 calories.
Remember wine is fat free however each glass is between 80 -100 calories so do not over do it.

It depends on what your diet is for. most diets they do not recommend it since alcohol adds extra calories and has not nutritional value and if you can have alcohol do so in moderation as to not impede your weight loss, but if you are a diet for other reason then you need to ask your Dr. who put you on it if you can consume alcohol

Alcohol has calories in it, so if you drink, check the labels first. You'd be better off not drinking alcohol and wasting calories on an unneccesary beverage.

It does depend on your diet..... though alot of specialists say that drinking red wine is good for your body........ beer does not help a diet.... so depending on your diet, will depend on what alcohols you can or shouldn't drink.....

Yes only hard liquor. no mix drinks. And not too many. The strong stuff goes strait to your brain. then the liver and out through your lungs and pee The sugar in wine and mix drinks and beer go to your bum and stick there.
