No it is your baby. You are that baby's mommy. Thank you so much for loving your baby so much that you want to keep it and not kill it. I will pray for you. But your parents cannot force you to do anything. It is your body and your baby. You make the decisions for your baby. You're the mom. Even if you are young. Good luck and God bless. Again I am proud of you for loving your baby so much.

you're in DIRE want of a lawyer. Termination of rights isn't in basic terms "sign right here, ok, thank you". The courtroom that allowed the adoption is in all probability going to must be in contact... and what does the mum think of approximately all this? If step-observed-dad is released from parental duties (no longer in basic terms rights!) then she would have the ability to be in charge returned for the new child. might get some combat from that nook. it incredibly is often the ex stressful a discern's rights be terminated. i'm going to offer you credit for having the main original question i've got considered in a protracted time!

Why in the world would you want to have a baby when your just a baby yourself. Believe me, you have your whole life ahead of you to get married and have children. It's hard enough to raise a child when you have 2 jobs, let alone no job.. I know, we're all against you because your a kid. Well guess what? If you were a responsible person you wouldn't be in this mess. As for your question, Yes, your parents are responsible for you, so listen to them, they only have your best interest in mind and are thinking of your future. Good Luck to you Honey, my prayers are with you.

If you do not want to have an abortion, I would not call Planned Parenthood. I have a friend (married, BTW) who was pregnant & went there because she thought they would be helpful. Her & her husband were very excited about the baby, but the counselor kept pushing for her to have an abortion.
If you want to have the baby (and either keep it or give it up for adoption), call a crisis pregnancy center or a local church to find someone to help you.

Contact this website. I do not believe you parents can force you to terminate a pregnancy against your will.

not that i know of but some states are different but besides they would probably have to take you to court and have you ordered to do so...if you are a teen i would suggest you do whats best for you and not having a baby is best...i have been in the same situation years ago...at the time i thought having a baby would be best since i was already pregnant but let me tell you once you grow and mature completely you will realize that teens cant fully succeed in life when they have a baby...you dont want your whole life to be a struggle

Legally you're still a minor, but it's your body hey!!! And your baby... I think you should think about what will happen if you do keep the baby.... What's best for you? And then talk to your parents, and if they won't reason I suggest you talk to a counsellor or someone you trust and then consult the legal laws.
Good - Luck, and remember you're not alone.

Last I knew you could not make anyone have an abortion. I suggest you contact your local helpline and ask for the nearest pregnancy center for teens. They have home that help you become educated, with the baby, medical, and expenses while you learn about becomming a parent and providing for you baby.

seek help. go to planned parenthood. they can not force you to teminate the baby. even if your under 18. dont let yourself be convinced, or forced. get help. im really sorry for what your going through, but regardless of the age, a baby is a blessing.
