i'm 13 and 4'7 or 4'8 and i'm 108!
i hate my weight and ireally want to lose weight!
girls and my school are like so bossy and thin!
i'm active but i really want to lose my fat and muscle!
i feel so stupid!
i 'll staving myself for reseaons!
to feel good and for a party that is coming up on Nov.30!

uh.....no. first off it does no good. your metabolism will slow down causing you not to burn as many calories which kind of defeats the purpose. plus it will hurt your body in so many ways it would take an hour to type it. If someone is so superficial that weight even enters into their thoughts of someone they arent very good friends. Dont get hung up on other people. You have to live with you and harming yourself to make someone else like you makes no sense. If you really want to work on weight work with your parents to help you get the correct food and amounts. I like www.kraftfoods.com it gives you some idea of what to eat.

you dont need to starve yourself,,, if you do, your going to have to starve yourself forever and be anorexic. or else when you do finally eat, even if just a carrot, your body is going to attack each calorie in it and make you put weight on severly and quickly. The most you should do is just count your calories... if your wanting to lose some weight quickly... try going down to just 1300 calories a day for awhile, and stay active.. Counting calories is always a good habit to get into for your younger and adolescent life...You will lose weight fairly quickly by just eliminating some calories, I PROMISE. i was your age once and heavy and i learned the right way to do it, by failing and gaining more weight several times.. Im now 22, and i couldnt love myself any more. Skinny is not sexy.., but being a healthy weight with some curves is. Im 36" 28" 36" i have curves and im not fat... most guys completely dig my body type and dont want some bone sack. Just learn to love yourself, your beautiful no matter what you think,. And as for the girls and guys your age, they wont matter in a few years anyways, and youll look back wondering why the hell you cared at all about the way they thought / looked / and felt. Trust me hun, i was there, ... ♥ We all were there.

starving urself will not effectively help you lose weight. In fact, eating speeds up your metabolism as well as drinking water. What you need to do is stop eating things that cause you to gain weight, especially carbs, such as bread and pasta. Don't limit yourself to salads though, eat protein and a lot of fruit and vegetables. If you want, take a one-a-day too just to make sure you are getting all your vitamins. Drink water. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF, eat more (of the good stuff). And you're not that heavy for your age, I guarantee you that in the next few years you'll lose it all as you get taller.

Okay, 108 is not bad. At all!!! Don't feel bad. If you really want to loose the weight, do it in a healthy way. DON'T starve yourself. Believe me. I did that (when I was your age actually) and I lost a lot of weight!! (I was around your weight too!!) But it all came back because I lost it in an unhealthy way, so don't do it. :] Your bodies fine. :]

starving yourself will only make it harder for you to lose weight. Your body's metabolism will slow down in response to the reduced caloric intake. As a result you will burn less of the food you eat and more of it will be turned into fat. Also, losing muscle mass will also make losing weight harder, as muscle burns calories.

Excercise, build and tone your muscles. Watch your diet.

More importantly, don't look up to skinny bossy girls. You can be better than that.

Do not starve yourself as you don't weigh much at all! You will grow taller as you are a young teen. Please don't fall in the "diet trap", it's unhealthy and risky business.
Remember skinny is not Sexy!!!!!!!!!!!
