#1 the blend door for the drivers side is inop.behind the glove box door(unhook the door stops and fold down)to the left of the opening, you will see a black electric motor.see if it operates when you use the temp controle(drivers)either the motor doesn't work,or the door it operates is broken inside the heater box(common problem)
#2 you need a rear latch assembly( jammed or frozen from rust)
#3 the seat element have an open circuit, they make a repair kit,(dealer item)
#4 the repairs above will dictate how much is left, just get tires!
#5 Its your call,good vehicle,can go a long time.

1. A/C Control Head Bad. Run into that a lot.
2.Liftgate Lock Actuator Defective, Common problem on older Jeeps.
3.There is a recall on that concern. Take it to your local dealership.
4.Factory shocks are very good, but a little expensive. Monroe shocks are a very acceptable and are available at your local parts store. As for tires, I strongly recommend a good Michellin A/T tire. Just not Goodyear.
5.Trading it in is totally up to you. If you like it, then keep it. You don't have to fix it all at once.

1. suspect the climate control head itself
2 the lock actuator is bad
3 the switches have been problematic, if telltales illuminate and power seats check for broken wire[s] under the seat[s]
4 replace shocks with factory ones[aftermarket shocks are generally 10-30% stiffer than original consider Michelin harmony as tire brand [excellent ride and handling] don't expect much off road only fair/good in snow.
5 seven year old truck possibly just paid off, if you fix it it will be much cheaper than a new set of car payments and jeeps do last if taken care of.

You said it on #5. Get rid of it, because it will be very and I mean very expensive to fix!! Better a new car.
