Any fresh edible raw vegetable can be a salad..all you need is a dressing.....and then that's optional.

If you have eggs, make an omlet, better with some fun cheese.

Fruit hanging around? make a small smoothie for dessert.

I'm having a bacon double-cheeseburger with mayo and sauteed shrooms, lettuce and tomato. Of course a large batch of seasoned, battered fries and a few ice cold beers to wash it all down.
