2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him....."
God is everywhere- and sees everything...BUT He only lives in those who believe in Him. Yet he still sees the sinner- even though he does not live in Him-
Romans 8:9
You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ.
God sees all, and knows all, the intentions of the heart-
Hebrews 4:11-13
11Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by the same sort of disobedience. 12For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

God is omnipresent. God is a spirit so you can see Him, but sometimes you can feel His presence. God is part of the Godhead consisting of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
