have you told your parents how worried he is. that might help,so they know to go easy on him and to be nice not to crack no jokes like fathers tend to do.

I think that's great that your boyfriend is going to meet your parents, (they are always "nervous")!
I don't know if you can really do anything that will make him less nervous, he may be fine once you get there. I'd mention it to my parents so they are aware of it.
You might be surprised at how well this will go, I think we often worry much more than we need to. Try to relax and joke around with him and have a good time! Best of luck.

Just be yourself and tell him to do the same. I know its hard when your meeting parents for the first time so its a normal reaction for him to be worried. You dont know if they will drill you or dislike you. When my sons first brought their girlfriends home I welcomed them with open arms. Being the only female in the house has it advantages and disadvantages. Good luck tomorrow.

Tell him to just be himself, he will be fine. Just make sure the fam doesn't gang up on him. I've been there that is a tough one when you father and uncles take turns taking shots at the poor guy. But after a while the fam will love him just as you do!

You can't take away his nervousness because he should be nervous and on his best behavior. Just be really doting on him. Make sure he is included in conversation. Mention things about him that will get him good points with your parents. They will be watching to determine how he treats you so he should be doting as well. Good luck. You'll do just fine.

The first time a bf/gf meets the other's parents, its hard, you try to be perfect, and respectful. All i can say is for him to be himself, you like him for who he is, and your parents will like him too. Now if he is a gansta wanna be, or thug wanna be, ummmm tell him then that he needs to show respect, no calling your mom a sexy biatch or something like that, lol.......... the key to meeting parents is to show respect, while still being yourself. Parents are like lie detectors....... if they feel their leg is being pulled, then they will keep their guard up around him. Which will make him even more uncomfortable........ good luck!

first talk to you parents ask them to be nice and that he really wants to make a good impression. Then talk to your boy friend and say your parents are a lot like you since he likes you it should make him feel better and tell him not to worry.

Do nothing. A little grilling is good for a man. Shows you who they really are. Just smile and be nice.
It's actually good that he's nervous, that's an excellent sign.
