Always use a light moisturiser on her hair Just for Me do a children’s line which includes a detangling spray, comb your daughters hair using and afro comb starting from the ends then working up to the root.
Ask a member of your partners family to teach you to cornrow your child’s hair or go to an afro hair salon and let them braid it (they usually charge £15) . Alternatively you can cut her hair to about 2 inch, this will make it easier to define any curls and reduce the time taken to comb her hair.
Don’t put chemicals (relaxers etc.) on her hair, her scalp is way to fragile for that.

oh my i know that feeling i have a 2 and half year old i think i have tried every product on market for babies, she is mixed race and has more of daddies hair then mine, i have so much trouble with it i can comb it through and 5 Min's later its knotie and dry again but i have found that baby products are no good she needs adult products maybe your daughter does too. I use a leave in conditioner called leave in penetrating conditioner which is a spray which then i can comb it through then i use Africa's best triple repair its got a green lid and its a pot of cream, also i use aloe Vera super grow which is a pot as well and they are cheap. once i have put her hair up i just spray it every day with the leave in conditioner until i take her hair out to be washed again. i hope this has been some help to you good luck xx

I used to have an afro, and it was also tangly, what I found out to be a GREAT help, was to take some kind of conditioner, and rub it into the hair. Then take a comb and brush it.It helps, and does wonders!

yes, after shampooing and conditioning her hair, use a leave in conditioner such as Infusium 23 (brown and white bottle). spray it on her hair, and use a detangling comb (a wide tooth comb) and slowly work your way down from scalp to ends. You can also find a good detangling shampoo and conditioner such as KeraCare.

There is a spray used to remove braids, it make the hair soft and easy to comb. I can't remember the name but go to any beauty supply store and ask, they will show you the correct product.

Pro-Line offers a variety of hair products. You can go to their website: www.proline-intl.com. Click on Motions hair products. A new page would pop up. The menu on your left, click on 'Got problems, Get answers' and go from there. On that page, it would give you a list of hair problems and their treatments. I hope this would help you and your daughter.

wet it comb it out! gently put some type of moisturizing oil on her scalp! as it dries style the hair anyway you like! If you want it to be more curly try to twist the hair as it's wet!

try some sort of braid sheen, or wet oil of sort. a detangling leavin conditioner or curly perm product would help. still do what you know just use oil with it,
