im 14 i weigh 100 im 5'5", my waist is 24 inches, my hips are 29, does anybody kno how to calculate body fat and if its normal or too little?

Well, there are some equations out there that can estimate it, but the calibrator does work best. You can find the equation if you google it. However, from your weight and height, I can guarantee that you are TINY! You don't have to worry about body fat.

You can't really find your body fat just from your weight and stats. I can give you a rough estimate, although I have no idea what frame size you have or how much muscle. If you have an average size frame and average amount of muscle, I'm guessing your body fat is pretty low, maybe around 15%, because you are a little bit too light for your height. HTH.

16.6 Body Fat which is good. Anything under 25 is good.

t has to be checked by someone who has a calibrator and knows how to use it
