i tried gym and did weight lifting for a 6 weeks but i feel like it becomes bigger. My arms is not proportion to my body and its very noticeable.

If your arms are muscular you can eithr just stop lifting weights or lift very light weights with lots of repetitions.

But if they got fat/flabby, then you just need to watch our diet and exercise. There is no way force yor body to lose weight in some certain area of your body. Just start losing weight and your arms will get slimmer.

If the arms ae flabby because they have extra skin from the weight you lost, then there is not much you can do except have a sugery to get rid of the extra skin. Or you can bulk up, and fill the extra skin with muscle.

arms are either muscular, or they are flabby, they are not both.
Pick one.
