"Tu amor" as you've written it means "your love". However, if you've heard this in a love song (or spoken by your significant other) it's more likely "Tú, amor" which means, "You, (my) love".

"Estarás siempre en mi corazon" means "You will always be in my heart", as others have already mentioned.
