I just noticed it a while ago, it doesnt really hurt,but its never been there before,i dont think,its on my ring finger,its not like a wart, its under the skin,its not bumpy,its just a bump,i dont know what it is,its kinda shiny too,i also have a bump on my toe, but its not big,it looks like a pimple,but when i push down on it, it goes down and pops back up.

Its caused by holding pencils or pens.... many people have them...

Don't know what you call them, but they're sort of filled with water. You normally get those on your toes cause your toes rub with shoes etc...
don't know about the one on your finger though. It should go away.
If not consult a dermatologist or a doctor to make sure you're safe.

Sounds like the beginning of a wart. That is the same thing that I thought until a dotor's visit.

I have the same thing! Did you ever have chicken pox?? If you did, it's a scar from the pox. Lol...it won't go away, and there's nothing you can do to make it go away as far as I know, but I mean, hey, it's part of your originality! Hehehe, mine is on my right pinky finger above my knuckle!

OMG...I had that just the other day. It was kind of sensitive to the touch. Its gone away though...I dont know what it was! LOL If its not causing you any major pain, just wait it out.

Is it exactly where a pen or pencil rests on your finger when you're writing? If so, its a "writer's" callous

A cyst? If so, you will have to have them removed by a doctor.
