Well said! If I believed in hell I would 100% agree, I would want to be judged to the same standard as everyone else. Thats only fair. Plus, if xtians are right then 99% of the world's greatest people will be burning in hell. I could learn more from the example of someone like gandhi who advocated non-violence at all costs than a teacher like jesus who claimed he did not come to bring peace, but the sword.

I see no conflict.
Seriously, you see some form of this question over and over again on here, and for a good reason. "Why does evil exist if God is good" is a legitimate, serious question. Sure, the only replies you'll ever get come from "christians" spouting spurious pseudo-theological drivel to excuse the Big Guy for the error, or from "atheists" who answer from a POV of sneering cynicism and aren't really interested in the debate.
And yet if God exists, and is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, as is traditionally held, then He is indeed a vicious, sadistic monster.
To begin with, if we accept the above definition, which isn't really a definition, but simply the denial of any limitation (to define is to limit), then God must actually be identical with the Devil, with all sinners, and with every unpleasant aspect of His creation. "But they are rebels from God." Well, then - by definition! - God must have created them with the seed of their rebellion already inside them, and known that they were going to rebel from Eternity; so that the universe is reduced to a sadistic puppet-show. "But God created people (and angels apparently) with free will - it's their choice to rebel." Well, no - not without denying God his qualities of omniscience and omnipotence!
And so on forever. None of these arguments have any effect on so-called "religious" people simply because they lack the critical capacity to follow an honest argument, and resort to sentimental drivel to compensate.
To wrap up...LOL...you're absolutely right. And now I can agree with the cynical atheists that I, too, would rather go to Hell, just because that's where all the really interesting people will be.

There is a philosophy that Hell does not currently exist, and that it will only come into being when the Judgement Day comes. Jesus will return to the Earth, and the souls of the dead shall rise. Only then will the final judgement be made as to where your soul will spend the rest of eternity.
But if it does exist, maybe the desire to go there will take you there on its own. Good luck.

Dude, if you want to go to hell, you probably will. And its true, you deserve hell as much as anyone. but it is not true that God sends us to hell. God gives us the opportunity to make choices. if we live a perfect life with no sin, we won't go to hell, unfortunately, no one has done it and likely never will. That's why Christ has taken our place and allows us to still go to heaven even if we don't deserve it as long as we accept his payment for our sin and trust him. Everyone has this choice, so don't tell me God sends us to hell.

If you follow the word of God accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour you will go to heaven. You can believe in god and not follow his word and go to hell if thats what you want to do. Just because you believe in God doesn't mean your going to heaven, if you dont follow his word and will you will go to hell just like you want to.You choosing to follow the will of god or not determines where you will go. If you created something and it denied you its whole life including you love and the fact that you were the one keeping it breathing wouldn't that hurt you? FYI, even though you are in hell doesnt mean god doesnt love you. You chose what you chose and thats where you decided to go.

You are a free agent, you can make a choice to do good or evil. But the Penalty for Sin is eternal death, You not only die a Physical Death, but a Spirtual Death, that mean you will be elternlly separation from God. I don't think you want that. There are fallen angels that want to change their minds. Be careful for what you ask for.

I think that on judgment day God will give all souls one last chance to repent and make things right , and all will be treated equally. So if some one wants to burn and disappear into a puff of smoke and you want to fallow that person good luck to you and good buy.

May GOD richly bless you and grant you the desire of your heart.
