I don't know what you mean by not grounded, like sort of foggy headed? I get that way too. I find that lots of coffee helps and a multi-vitamin. I get bad headaches and really cranky if I go too long w/o a glass of wine, as in too many days between.

Mabye you were more addicted than you realized and you are going through withdrawl symptoms. It would probably be a good idea to call your doctor and let him/her know what is going on. Good luck and good for you!! Have a blessed evening!

alcohol is a drug, like any other when you quit you go through withdrawls. you may have an ulcer or a stomach or liver condition..... best advice it get examined by your doc
