You're not old enough yet...but in a bar most guys are just a "free drink." So they'll be nice until you buy a drink, and then take off. Unless you're also more attractive than everyone else in the bar.
I think the best place to meet anyone is when you are not out looking. Work on improving yourself and making your life wonderful, and then people will be attracted to your wonderful life. School is always a good place, or any kind of hobby other than drinking.

there is diverse women who want nothin more effective than a short F*&^ yet its puzzling to stumble on a lady who'll be there for you in time if want. attempt your college, mall, church, places the position you want to loaf round. beware of those loud obnoxius women although.

Wow...when I was 16, I only hung out with boys from my school. Try the local mall or movie theater. :)
