enie, meanie, minie, moe...I want to tell how to go, You really want to play the flute, but need to wear a bathing suit. The time has come to go and swim, let the other stress's dim. Tonight you'll help to win the meet. Tomorrow go on after a good night's sleep. A peaceful rest, a brand new day... Come-on let's go; A flute to play! Best of luck to you!!!. Remenber, pressure is a force with-in. Take a breath, let your peace come in. Jim.

Hello- the first thing is YOU ARE NOT WORTHLESS. I can understand the stress part, And I know you will be wonderfull. You worked hard to get this far. Take a bit of time for yourself, clear your mind, give it a break. Do something for you only.
Take Care and the Best of Wishes to you. You will be great!!

first of all when you get stressed over things like this just step back from what your doing and count to 10. Second of all you need to tell yourself that your good at what you do or you wouldn't be doing what your doing. And when I'm really stressed out about something I always put my faith in God and he will do the rest. Good luck in everything you do. You'll do great.

winning the races you are in is not what counts, what counts is that you try your hardest and do your best.
You have been playing the flute for a long time, that alone says you have the dicipline required to do it well, and that speaks very highly for your character. Take a deep breath, know that you have prepared as best you can, and take each task you have set for yourself as it comes.

It's hard sometimes to see our own self-worth. But look at yourself! You are a good kid who is involved in sports and music. So many kids don't have a clue or any direction in their life, but YOU, you have all of this going for you. You're going to do fabulously at both because you care about it. You're going to do your best and know that, no matter what the outcome, you got out there and did something worth while and gave it your all. I hope you DO win, but even if you don't, I'm proud of you. You're going to succeed at life, little chicka. You're off to a wonderful start!

I have been to that kind a stress, the only thing left to do now is keeping your strength i, mean mentally don't stress it , relax, imagine a battery that is not in use, it restore power and only storms when the times come be an energizer.
